Requires:
- willingness (positive intent) to see and recognize the Essence on Self and Other
- willingness (positive intent) to honest exploration of self and other
- willingness (positive intent) to face challenges with an intent for transformation and growth
- willingness to let go of negative attachments (to fear, pride, selfishness, wound, limiting images and beliefs, destructive defences, masks and pretence)
- willingness (positive intent) to chose for Love in every present moment experience
- willingness to feel one’s feelings
- willingness to take responsibility for own actions, thoughts, needs, desires, words
- willingness to letting go of responsibility for someone else’s actions, thoughts, needs, desires, words
- willingness to care for oneself and the other, cultivate empathy, kindness, love, respect and compassion
- willingness to open to forgive (self and other)
- willingness to open and work toward healing and repair
